A Chronology of Michigan's Major Reproductive Health Actions
1995
On April 14, briefs are filed by the ACLU and the Center for Reproductive Law and Policy in the Michigan Attorney General’s appeal of the Circuit Court decision that PA 133 is unconstitutional.

On December 4, the U.S. Supreme Court let stand without comment the lower court ruling that requires Colorado to pay for abortions of Medicaid-eligible recipients in the case of rape and incest if the state accepts federal Medicaid money.
