About Us

Planned Parenthood Advocates of Michigan (PPAM) is the advocacy arm of Planned Parenthood in Michigan. We work in conjunction with Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Planned Parenthood Action Fund at the national level, as well as our health center affiliate Planned Parenthood of Michigan, supporters, and patients at the state level to ensure access to reproductive health for all Michiganders.

PPAM works with its national and local Planned Parenthood sister organizations to fulfill our shared trifold mission of Health Care, Education, and Advocacy. We fight to make sure that Michiganders and anyone who travels to Michigan for care can access reproductive health care no matter their zip code, income, sexual orientation, race, religion, gender, country of origin, or immigration status.

We believe that cost should never be a barrier to essential care.

 

You can support access by donating to PPMI's Patient Care Fund, so  patients get the care they need — regardless of their ability to pay.
