Brock Swartzle is a dyed-in-the-wool conservative who served as chief of staff for former Michigan House Speaker Kevin Cotter, and as general counsel for the Michigan House Republicans. His candidacy is a blatant attempt to put a rubber stamp for conservative initiatives on the Michigan Supreme Court.
Brock Swartzle is also endorsed by the extreme, anti-abortion group, Right to Life of Michigan. RTL seeks to overturn Roe v. Wade, ban abortion and defund Planned Parenthood.
Mary Kelly
Mary Kelly has a history of unfair play. From ignoring public concerns about nepotism, to firing a public employee for allegedly not backing her candidacy for judge, Mary Kelly cares more about her own interests than what is right and just.
